1. Finding suppliers and goods in China according to customer's enquiry (practically we are able to find every product).

2. Preparing offers, comparing prices, arranging photos of products.

3. Arranging samples and sending them to Europe (to Poland).

4. Setting production time, negotiating prices with supplier, visiting factories, we can invite you to China and meet together suppliers.

5. Constantly production control, shipping documents' and invoice's checking.

6. We arrange shipping in China, air-transport or sea-transport, containers and smaller cargo.

7. We make sure you can get goods accordingly to your enquiry and order.

8. Helping in warranty claims is also our job.

Our basic criterion is quality. We concentrate on stable cooperation, that is why we select offers from China and choose best and most suitable for you. We pay lots of attention to orders in progress. We do not make custom clearance (at final destination), but we feel responsible for cargo and documents until it reaches your company in Europe (in Poland). We always care about products, it must be same as your requirements in 100%, thanks to this we win many stable and glad clients. Our customers know that import with JCC is free of any understatement.

Rules:

1. We reply only for serious enquiry, we are not interested in retail sales.

2. We do not arrange goods for private customers, we cooperate only with companies.

3. Sample is available, one piece, after paying for sample and courier (usually 50-100 USD, depends on size and weight, we can also send sample using your DHL's account number).

4. Payment 30% to China before production based on supplier's invoice, 70% before sending goods. We accept also L/C and D/P, it depends on supplier's rules.

5. JCC provides full-service (finding product, negotiating price, arranging sample, production, transport...), we have right to refuse cooperation, if transaction is in progress, we do not want to be involved in orders, which are already placed and we do not arrange transport only, if customer set up all details with suppliers before informing us.

6. Cooperation with us is direct import from China with help of JCC. You should remember about transport from airport/seaport to your or your customer's headquarter, custom clearance (including cooperation with custom's agent, duty, taxes, custom's law), also be noticed about payment to China.

7. We do not import copies, we are not interested in fake clothes, bags, watches etc.

8. Our service requires payment, which is included in price-list. Price-list will be send to our customers by e-mail/fax.
